MAKE SURE YOUR RIFLE IS UNLOADED BEFORE STARTING |

Fits all Ruger 10/22 Semi-Auto .22 Rifles.

STEP #1 Place Safety in the "ON" position, remove magazine, pull back charging handle and carefully inspect chamber to be sure rifle is unloaded. |

STEP #2
Loosen barrel band screw and slide band off. (You will
not be using band with the new stock.) Remove the take-down screw on
bottom of stock, and set it aside - you will reuse it with the
Fiberforce Stock. Remove the barreled action by lifting it out of wood
stock.
CAUTION: The pin holding the trigger group to the action is a floating fit and may fall out. |

STEP #3 Snap the ventilated handguard onto the barrel. |

STEP #4
With the ventilated handguard in place on the barreled action, start
stock installation by placing rear of receiver in stock and aligning the
rear and then the front tabs of stock with those on handguard until both
pieces snap into place. Push receiver fully down into stock.
NOTE: If a problem develops in getting the receiver seated, check safety button to be sure it is not catching on the stock. Also check to be sure trigger group pin is flush. |
| STEP #5 Reinstall original take-down screw and tighten until snug. | |
